The candidates with BE/BTECH/MCA Graduation and 60% & above in 10th/ 12th & graduation are directly eligible for this program. These eligible candidates are screened for Aptitude/Group Discussion/Technical/HR and finally the shortlisted candidates are trained for a period of 2 to 3 months as per the clients endorsed curriculum.

STC Technologies could also consider an alternative model to some Niche requirements like QTP/ Performance/Security/VisionPlus/Mainframe/Selenium testing. Thus STC Technologies have many options to serve based on the requirements.

Thus by these model we could handpick the best Manual Testers and train them subsequently in this niche areas based on our client requirements. Thus, satisfying the client requirements as per their needs.

According to a recent survey, the worldwide Software Testing market is $120 billion and India accounts for 45 per cent of this. STC Technologies need nearly two lakh professionally skilled testers in India every year. We are catering to more than 270 clients all over India where they recruit STC trained and certified candidates.
